90-Day Discussion Template

The purpose of this template is to provide you (the manager) and your staff member the opportunity to reflect on the first 90 days and discuss what needs to happen to set them up for continued success. You should leave the conversation with a clear understanding of next steps and a common picture of how the first 90 days went.

In preparation, share this template with your staff so that they have time to reflect and collect the information needed to have a fruitful discussion. You don’t have to cover every discussion topic, but at a minimum, we suggest reviewing progress towards goals.
