Shannon Wheatley founded Lane 9 to support leaders, teams, and organizations working towards multi-generational change. Wheatley has been a Resident Adjunct with The Management Center since 2018 and has over a decade of experience leading schools, school systems, and nonprofits. He’s passionate about facilitating experiences that enable leaders to reimagine the future while developing the necessary skills to lead transformative change. Wheatley most recently served as the Chief Academic Officer of a network of Expeditionary Learning schools in Oakland before relocating to Sacramento during the pandemic. He loves cooking, Jazz, and spending time with his partner and two kids.
