Jumoke is a seasoned strategist and founder of Bunmi LLC, a boutique firm dedicated to empowering leaders of mission-driven organizations to achieve transformative results. Previously, she established and spearheaded program expansion at Merit America, a hyper-growth startup that creates fast, flexible pathways to family-sustaining careers for those without 4-year degrees. This journey, coupled with her time as an advisor in the Obama Administration, has honed her ability to navigate complex environments and drive impactful change. She’s been an advisor and aide to an international labor union president, a U.S. representative, two CEOs, and a U.S. Cabinet secretary.

Committed to racial justice and inclusion, Jumoke works closely with leaders to establish equitable systems, policies, and processes that empower all team members with the tools and resources they need to thrive. In addition to her work, Jumoke loves wandering as a semi-digital nomad and is an accomplished writer. Her published articles have appeared in Vulture, The Cut, and The Guardian.
