Hanna Campbell comes from a lineage of educators, and her family’s deep commitment to education sparked her own passion for working with young people and advancing educational equity. After earning her BA in English from Amherst College, she joined Teach For America and taught middle schoolers how to read in Atlanta, Georgia.

Following her time in the classroom, Hanna stepped into school operations, eventually serving as a Director of Operations and later as a Director of Operational Learning & Development across several schools and networks. In 2017, she earned a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from The New School, expanding her work into the arts and nonprofit sectors.

At The Management Center, Hanna leads trainings for staff and project managers with a clear goal: reconnecting people to the wisdom they already hold and introducing tools and mindsets to help move our most important work forward. Her time in the classroom still shapes how she facilitates — centered on people, rooted in care, and guided by the belief that clarity and connection help all of us learn and lead with purpose.
