Gina partners with leaders driving growth, change and thriving in their organizations.  As a Partner at The Management Center, Gina trains and coaches leaders across nonprofit organizations, school systems, and the public sector including local, state and federal offices. Before coming to TMC, Gina served as Chief Program Officer at BES, where she led the programmatic and operational work to transition to an equity and excellence centered set of national programs for cohorts, entrepreneurs, school and system leaders. Prior to that, she spent over a decade in school leadership, as founding principal and then regional superintendent of schools across NYC, CT and RI, as well as working with Americorps, Accelerate and Leveraged Leadership. She holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard University, where she earned an Urban Scholars Fellowship.
