Gina Musumeci

Gina is passionate about supporting leaders and organizations in growth, change and thriving. Most recently, as Chief Program Officer at BES, Gina led the programmatic and operational work to transition to an equity and excellence centered set of national programs for cohorts, entrepreneurs, school and system leaders. Prior to that, she spent over a decade in school leadership, as a teacher, founding principal and regional superintendent of schools across NYC, CT and RI. She holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard University, where she earned an Urban Scholars Fellowship, and a BA from the University of Delaware. When Gina is not working, she’s hiking, kayaking, planning a trip to a new city, and spending time with family.
