Deb is a values-driven People Operations leader, dedicated to building equitable, inclusive, and human-centered workplaces. With expertise across HR, she leads key functions in HR technology, benefits management, compliance, onboarding and training, staff experience, and organizational development.

Prior to joining The Management Center in 2018, Deb began her career working in youth development nonprofits and schools in DC. She finds purpose in supporting operations for mission-driven organizations.

Outside of work, Deb is committed to cultivating community through organized fun – from volunteering with her synagogue to build a radical and vibrant Jewish space, to participating in a cookbook club or regular game nights. She also enjoys long neighborhood walks with her energetic dog and a good audiobook.
