Aquiles is obsessed with understanding how, where, and why adults learn. He has spent the last decade helping organizations imagine engaging learning experiences that help committed staff and volunteers meet strategic goals and become better leaders. Aquiles currently leads process development and management for the U.S. Programs at the Center for Reproductive Rights. Prior to joining CRR, he worked on Democratic presidential campaigns and political issue advocacy, managing hundreds of volunteers and staff and training thousands more. He also has consulted for the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Arena, the City of Philadelphia, and Stand for Children, and interned with the global training team at the United Nations Population Fund. Aquiles holds a BA in Politics from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University. He lives in Brooklyn, NY.
