Planning Projects

Are you leading a team-based project? This training is for you!

This interactive, online training helps social justice and educational equity managers and staff get everyone on the same page and working effectively. Come prepared to workshop a project plan!

To take this training, you'll need to have taken one of our Foundations courses (Managing to Change the World or Working for Change) within the last five years. 

This training is also offered at a discount as part of our Manage Successful Projects package—available for both managers and staff.  

This online training is offered as a 3-hour session via Zoom.

Check your time zone! Our trainings are listed in Eastern Time, so double check that the time works for you.

Cost: 

$250 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$210 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$155 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$150 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance

Prerequisite: Managing to Change the World or Working for Change, within the last 5 years.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.
