This interactive, online training helps social justice and educational equity leaders assess and improve their team culture. Learn practical approaches using real-world examples and create an action plan you can implement right away.

This online training is offered as a 3-hour session via Zoom.

Cost: 

$250 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$210 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$155 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$150 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance

Prerequisite: Managing to Change the World, within the last 5 years.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.
