Are you ready to level up your people management skills? This interactive, online training provides essential tools to help you delegate tasks effectively, supercharge check-ins, and make equitable choices as a manager every day.

Effective management takes practice and it starts with your delegation process. Meaningful delegation lays the foundation for achieving goals, developing staff, and building a healthy team culture.

Who is this training for? Managing to Change the World is for people managers in mission-driven nonprofits and education. Whether you're a new manager or deeply experienced, you'll leave more confident in your management approach.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.

Managing to Change the World takes place online via Zoom.  

You can choose the 1-day (6 hours) format or the 2-day (3 hours each) format. Both include the same content, activities, and frequent short breaks. The daylong format includes a 45-minute break.

Check your time zone! Our trainings are listed in Eastern Time, so double check that the time works for you.

Cost: 

$475 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$400 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$290 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$250 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance
