With the Build Your Own option, you can design a training series tailored to your needs and timeline:

• Start with Managing to Change the World to set your compass toward equity, sustainability, and results. It’s a prerequisite.**

• Then choose two or more Skill Builders, such as Hiring Your Team, Driving Impact with SMARTIE Goals, Making Better Decisions, or Giving Feedback.

How It Works

1. Add Managing to Change the World by selecting a date/time. Then, return to the training page to choose your Skill Builders.
2. Add two or more Skill Builders by selecting a date/time for each course. All your selections should appear on your registration page. You can scroll down to review or make changes.
3. A 10% discount will apply automatically when you checkout.

Prices vary based on the trainings you select: 

• Organizations with budgets over $10 million can expect $100-122 off!
• Organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million expect $82-103 off!
• Organizations with budgets below $2 million: expect $60-76 off!
• Individuals attending without organizational assistance: expect $55-70 off!
