Erina is a strategist, dreamer, and builder who is passionate about connecting people and ideas to create real change. She has spent two decades in international development, humanitarian response, and nonprofit leadership, turning data and insight into programs that actually work for the people they are meant to serve. Prior to joining The Management Center, she served as executive director of a youth development organization, steering it through a major organizational transition, and has directed programs, development, and partnerships across several international NGOs and nonprofits along the way. Wherever she lands, Erina puts people first, builds systems that serve them, and never loses sight of the human stakes behind the strategy.
She holds an M.A. from American University’s School of International Service and a B.A. from UC Irvine. Erina presently lives in San Diego with her husband, their two kids, and their fur-baby, Mochi (a nod to their favorite dessert). Outside of work, she is a newly minted mahjong convert and always on the hunt for the city’s best fish taco.
