We all make decisions every day. Some have big ripples for our teams and communities. A thoughtful, inclusive process is essential for those decisions. With better decision-making, we can advance justice and equity in our work and in the world.

This interactive, online training for social justice and educational equity leaders is grounded in real-world examples with plenty of practice time to build your confidence. Leave ready to gather input and communicate your next big decision using "fair process" decision-making.

Prerequisite: Managing to Change the World, within the last 5 years.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.

$250 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$210 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$155 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$150 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance
