Learn The Management Center’s SMARTIE goals framework for setting results-driven goals that promote equity and inclusion. Analyze real examples, practice goal-setting, and get peer feedback in an engaging and supportive environment.

Prerequisite: Managing to Change the World or Working for Change, within the last 5 years.

We limit registrations from a single organization to six (6) people per training date.

$250 per person for organizations with budgets over $10 million

$210 per person for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $10 million

$155 per person for organizations with budgets below $2 million

$150 per person for individuals attending without organizational assistance
