Kwasi thoroughly enjoys community engagement and mentorship. With an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, he began his career working as a behavioral support specialist in the Philadelphia school district. He transitioned into working in workforce development and training, and applied gained knowledge to a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Outside of work, you can find Kwasi involved with a number of programs such as mentoring young adults through Big Brothers Big Sisters, coaching youth in various sports, and being a board member for the Diversity and Inclusion Professionals of Central Pennsylvania. Though his hometown is Philadelphia, PA, he currently resides in Harrisburg, PA with his beautiful wife and daughter.
