This moment is replete with leadership and management challenges (and opportunities!). Not only are you leading to carry out your mission and build your team in the time of COVID-19, you’re doing it less than a month out from a high-stakes national election.
Over the next two weeks, we’ll be hosting community conversations for leaders and managers looking for support on how to lead their teams through this election season. Led by Bex Ahuja, a Managing Partner at TMC, these sessions will be a conversation about how best to prepare for managing and leading your organization through the various scenarios that await us following the national election.
We’ll explore some of the annoyingly practical, but very real, questions you may be holding and share useful frameworks developed by TMC that can support your managers during this time.
